We stayed at the Grand Summit in Sunday River.

Genevieve and Dawn Swanson, one of our friends that we travelled with.

Genevieve about to set off on a day of sking.

We left Sunday River and drove to Quebec City for the Winter Carnaval.

Bob, Genevieve and our friends with Bonhomme (good man), the official ambassador of the festivities.

Quebec has many excellent Resturants. This was called The Cannons and was located on the Grande Allee.

There were a large number of snow sculptures on display during the Carnaval. Most Provinces were represented; however, we failed to see anything from Nova Scotia.

The Ice Slide and Castle.

A Snow Bath is not our Cup of Tea!

The Raft Slide. We took a trip down and it was a lot of fun.

Next on the agenda was a Sleigh Ride.

It was cold but the blanket kept us warm.

The driver wore tradition French clothing.

The highlight of the trip for Mary was the Dog Sledding. Genevieve was a 'willing' passenger until they almost rolled the sled during one of Mary's lighting speed turns.

Fortunately, I don't have to worry about buying Genevieve a Sled and Dog Team.

Mary's dream is to enter and win the Iditarod next year.

Corporate sponsorship will be required to offset racing costs.

Strolling within the walled city.

This was an interesting Mural.

The Parade.

Another Float.

On our last evening in Quebec City we enjoyed an excellent meal at Largo.

Returning to Nova Scotia. We took the Ferry to Levis to save time.
