2012 OKEMO SKI TRIP
Ludlow, Vermont

At the end of January we were off to Ludlow Vermont with our Clubski 30 friends for a week of skiing at OKEMO. This trip marked the first time that the club had skied this hill. The accommodations were first class with large, spacious, well appointed ski in/out condos and underground parking. We took turns preparing meals and the cuisine was scrumptious. The weather and ski conditions were not the best; however, everyone had an enjoyable week. Genevieve had a few great days and also took in some of the rides that the hill offered. I spent most of the time reading and tying flies for the coming fishing season.

On the return trip we did a lot of shopping. I was able to pick up a heater and sleigh for my ice tent. We stopped at Kittery to buy a few things at the many outlets, Cabela's, the Portland Mall, LL Beans and the Bangor Mall. This time were were stopped and thoroughly searched by our friends at customs. Fortunately we were clean!

Many of the following pictures were taken by my Clubski 30 friends.
