Brule, Nova Scotia
We joined our friends again this year for a weekend at MacLeod Cottages in Brule for the Club Ski 30 Lobsterfest 2008. We had excellent weather (except for windsurfing), great food, a delicious lobster supper, kayaking, golfing, bicycling, hiking, bonfires and lots of socializing. Over 50 attended the gourmet lobster supper and were we very fortunate to have shared a cottage with Patrick Hebert, as he surprised us with a real breakfast treat - Lobster Omelet!

We had Patrick Hebert and Edith Lewis as cottage mates.

A couple of our friends stopped by to say hello.

Enjoyoing a great breakfast that was prepared by Patrick.
Another sunset shot of Brule Beach.
Laurie Webber and his windsurfer.
The winds did not cooperate and it was not a good weekend for windsurfing.

The lobster omelet is almost ready!

A hungry crew patiently wait as the pot boils.

Lobster is about to be served. As soon as they 'hit the table' I lost all interest in snapping pictures!
