2009

On new Years Day we had friends in for lunch and the first social of the New Year. Stephen’s Wii was a great hit.

We were very pleased to have Dr. Owen Yakutsk Yana Gupta (Oyayagu) Bonnar, Director of the Chebyshev Institute of Theoretical Physics, drop in for a quick visit and hair trim from Jonathan.

He is currently leading a multi-national research project to electroencephalographically tessellate meridional chains of epitaxiallated nanoriometer catalisators using a diophantine reverse tripolar amplitude matrix gyrator. The primary goal of the study is to be able to secarecytose nanoriometer catalisators in large volume at low cost. If this is successful, the next phase will be a 5 year study to determine if there are any practical applications for this material.

While in town Doc Oyayagu gave a presentation to the Nova Scotia Writer’s Guild at Chapters Book Store entitled “How to Write a Book about How to Write a Book”.

This Christmas we had Stephen's friend from the Group Home, Bob Butts, stay with us. Everyone had a great time with lots of gifts and great food. The dogs got new beds and Stephen's favourite gifts were the Wii Fit from Andrew & Kristie as well as the WII games from Jonathan. Jonathan got a WACOM Tablet from Andrew and Kristie. Bob and Genevieve got an Epson 1900 ink jet printer from Santa. Genevieve needs this for her digital scrapbooking. It will print up to 13x44 inches.

We always start off Xmas morning with a leisurely breakfast.

Jonathan tried his hand at hair styling on Xmas day. You deciede if he will make it big time.
